It's feels good to work with folks that have such extensive experience and expertise with the Acura brand, that I can expect my vehicle to last 200k miles or more if properly maintained. I just moved to Grand Rapids and was looking for a reliable auto repair shop. I found AutoCentric online and based on other positive reviews, I took my 2010 GMC there to have the heat fixed. Scheduling my appointment was a breeze, the staff was friendly and courteous, and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. My final bill was lower than online estimates for similar repairs. My vehicle was returned to me before 5pm the same day I dropped it off. I would definitely recommend AutoCentric to anyone in the GR area looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop.
