Accessing your invoice when the car is complete:

When your work order is complete, you will receive the invoice by email (or text if requested).

We will send a link in the email or text to give you access to pay the invoice.

Click the link to view and pay the invoice.

Paying your invoice online:

After opening the invoice, please review it to ensure all the information is correct.

At the bottom of the page, enter your credit or debit card information and click Pay.

After you pay the invoice, you will see the word PAID, where your total was displayed.

You will receive a receipt by email after the payment is complete.

Accessing your receipt:

You will receive a second email with your receipt.

Open the email and click the link to access the receipt.

Viewing photos:

When reviewing the recommendations from our technicians, you can access the photos, videos, and screenshots by clicking on them.

If you cannot view the photos or videos, please call the shop at (616) 364-4001, and we can email them to you separately.
