The user login link is located in the left navigation menu near the bottom of the page. Click this link and enter your user name and password. If you need further assistance please email or phone our office.
If you are sure you are using the correct username and password try the following actions:
- Double check your username and password. They can contain characters such as I, O, L, or Z which can be confused with numbers that look similar, eg. O and 0, I and l, 1 and l, or Z and 2. If you use a zero in place of the letter 'O' it will be rejected as incorrect.
- Request a new password from the login page. Your Username and new password will be sent to your email address.
- Maybe there is a System server problem. Wait 5 minutes and try again.
- Your account has been deactivated. Please contact our office for help.
Why Do I Have To keep Logging in When I've Already Logged In?
In order to prevent the login page from appearing over and over again you need to enable cookies for your browser. The security system will not function without them.
Firefox browser:
On your browser click on Tools, then Options, then Privacy, then check 'Accept Cookies From Sites', and then 'OK'.
Internet Explorer:
On your browser click Tools, then Internet Options, then Privacy, then adjust setting to any setting below 'High'.
Simply go to the login page, click on the Request new password tab, and enter your email address or username. A new password will be emailed to the email address that is registered with your account. If this email is no longer working please contact our office.
The easiest way to recover your username is to request a new password. Simply go to the login page, click on the 'Request New Password' tab, and enter your email address.
Your username and password will be sent to your registered email address.
Login and click on 'My Account' in left navigation menu. Next, click on ‘Edit’.
There are two ways to check your Invitations:
- When you log into the website your Invitation details are displayed on your account details page, or;
- login and click 'My account' in the navigation menu (same as above).
Invitations are broken down into Successful, Pending, and Unsuccessful invitations.
Three are three ways you can check your points:
- When you log in your Reward Points details are displayed on your account details page,
- login and click 'My account' in the navigation menu (same as above),
- login and click on 'My points' in the navigation menu. This will give you details for every point transaction.
